Eric and Matt Field are the owners and presidents of Wallprotex, the designer and manufacturer of a full line of wall protection products.

They started Conversations Around the Corner because while there was many resources for leadership and inspiration in other industries like tech and finance, the construction world was empty. The construction industry is innovative, creative, and full of leadership stories that we discover every week as we talk to construction executives.
