‍What is one book, person, or talk that has been most influential in your career?

Initially, I watched a Ted Talk by Tasha Eurich and then read her book, Insight: The Surprising Truth About How Others See Us, How We See Ourselves, and Why the Answers Matter More than We Think.

What products have you been excited about recently?

Products that have sound attenuating properties to help with noise reduction in the patient room.

Do you have any go-to design solutions or techniques for creating healing environments?

Read the FGI Guidelines and know what they say, ALWAYS listen to focus groups, and do mock-ups!

If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?

Go to job sites as often as you can to look at detailing and installations.

What is one product that doesn't exist but should?

A device to soundscape audible equipment alarms in a patient room.
